Processing and delivery time

• —Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days
• —Delivery within Sweden: 1 to 3 business days
• —International delivery: 5 to 10 business days
• —Custom pieces and made to order items require additional time

Shipping costs

• —Shipping fees are shown before payment
• —Any customs duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer

• —A tracking number is sent by email once your order has been dispatched

Unclaimed packages and delays

• —Packages that are not collected and returned to us may incur a handling and return shipping fee
• —We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs or circumstances beyond our control, but we will always help you track your shipment
• —If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately and include photos of the damage
